Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us at [email protected] a60s.com . When emailing about a defect, please have the following information ready, your order number along with your name, and the nature of the defect. Please return the items in their original packaging within 15 days after we will provide the address you.
Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 15 days return period. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped/refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
